France Province Lavender Fields And Giverny Town Watercolor Paintings
Two of my recent paintings from Travel Around The World series:

Giverny Town Monet House and Garden
When I look at lavender fields painting I can smell that fresh aroma from thousands of mile that separate the U.S. and France. And I believe that watercolor is a complex medium to express the shades of blue, purple, lilac, fuchsia that these beautiful lavender flowers are composed of.
When I was painting Monet's house in Giverny in watercolor, I thought about how would Monet himself characterize the style of different medium approach. He mostly painted in oil; I wish he can see my art and provide some master's constructive critique to me:
I've visited France three times by now and each time I find something to admire, cherish, and paint; especially considering the fact that my visits were each time around ten years apart. France definitely changed in those thirty years, but what remained for sure is the beauty of historical monuments and carefully preserved story of art, specifically Impressionism movement.
I adore Monet and Degas paintings, I like marketing approach by Manet, I respect Renoir a lot, and I admire business lady such Berthe Morisot.
