Carrying Paris With You

Paris design

I was excited to learn that my new designs with Eiffel Tower are now placed on tote bags of various sizes.
This opportunity opened itself when my web host company started a new feature.
Now anyone who wants, for example an abstract pattern on a bag, can go to my Abstract Gallery , Decor Gallery , or Patterns Gallery and select any design for the bags:

On another hand,
the realistic and semi-realistic flowers are so popular this Summer and fit great a beach tote or a festive Farmers Market bag:

I would be happy to post all 1300+ designs here, but there is no space in the post :).
It is as simple as could be now to select any realistic or abstract design Tote Bag just by going to

Happy Summer To Everyone!!

French Bakery

window bicycle basket

Continuing my research for the subjects for a new commission painting, I thought about a possibility of a bicycle trip to some bakery. As I mentioned in the previous posts French Cafe and  Hot Hot Chocolate, my customer wanted a bicycle with the basket full of flowers standing next to the window. I loved her idea about the bicycle standing next to not only a cafe, but maybe a bakery, where they can serve a fresh bread and a nice cup of coffee...  And the painting had been created. I collect this and other ideas in the newborn Gallery that I called

The happy owner of the new shiny bicycle just bought sunflowers at the local farmers market and two loafs of French baguette at this lovely bakery.
The bakery offered a hot cup of coffee; and, aroma of freshly made bread with the combination of a brewed cappuccino very quickly influenced the decision to take a nice break. The bicycle is patiently waiting with its goodies in the basket; but, if you look closely, a little visitor on the rocky wall right underneath the window is thinking of some mischief here.. :)

In this painting I created a new texture for the house and made the window shutters white, just for a difference to make the painting shine and to give my customer more ideas for the future commission painting.

And as always, in this painting process of the series, I am not limiting my imagination by just French Country, there will be more paintings with new sweet discoveries from different parts of the world.

Hot Hot Chocholate

Le cafe

In research for the subjects for a new commission painting, I thought about a hot cup of rich creamy chocolate. As I mentioned in the previous post French Cafe, my customer said that she wanted a bicycle with the basket full of flowers standing next to the window. I loved her idea about the bicycle standing next to some cafe. Now I am thinking, why not a chocolatery? And the painting had been created. I collect this and other ideas in the newborn Gallery that I called

Freshly picked wild flowers were placed in the basket of the bicycle; and, a happy owner went home to decorate the house with the bouquet. Yet, on the way home, a window of the local chocolatery was so inviting and so appealing that it was hard to resist not stopping by and having a nice cup of hot cocoa; and, possibly, a cup of espresso with an ice-cream on a top; or, maybe, a few warm pastries that came right from the oven..mm..good..

As I painted this story from my heart, I decided to hide a couple of hearts in the artwork. Now it is your turn to find them.

In the painting process of this series, I am not limiting my imagination by just French Country, there will be more paintings with new sweet discoveries from different parts of the world.

Stay tuned! There are more painting to come!

French Cafe

Country style illustration

I have created this French Café painting as the part of brainstorming for a special commission for one of my dear customers. The customer said that she wanted a bicycle with the basket full of flowers standing next to the window. And she proposed the idea of some French cafe.
I loved the idea so much that I got cared away with tons of ideas, and this started a whole new series that I called

The painting above has a sweet little story in it for sure.

I imagined a girl who was riding her bicycle to a flower stand at the local farmers market. Then, she placed the flowers into the bicycle's  basket and went to the cafe to meet with the friend. The warm sunny day called for a good conversation that Saturday morning. The girls chatted long and even didn't noticed the time passing by. The Sun was moving the shadows along the wall, but nothing would break that sweet tête-à-tête  between two girlfriends.

Then, I have decided to create a few more stories and few more little painting on French Country before starting the new commission. In this case, my customer and I could work together on discussing the final composition details.

More painting to come soon

Raspberry Peach And Other Jams Adventure

Jam Labels

Here is my latest creation for Jam Labels and Kitchen Art designs. Many thanks to my long time customer from local town Danville, California; she, not only supplies me with delicious jams, but also gives me new ideas and helps my imagination flow :).

Meantime in Ireland, the jam labels with my creations now are being born and bring joy to their customers.
The cute jars with labels and colorful lids are shown at numerous food-shows:

They are served in restaurants and hotels:

Looking pretty on the stores' shelves:

G's Gourmet

And even are delivered to the customers from different locations:

G's Gourmet

Per a newspaper article that I've recently read, the owner of G's Gourmet says:
"In terms of exposure it was a great opportunity for us to showcase our new brand labels on the nutritional and food service sides. The new labels have more color in them" Helen added. G's are already in States, specifically in California, where they are stocked in specialty type shops and delis. They are also in Brussels and Luxembourg."

Irina Sztukowski jam project

I am so proud to hear these great news. My creations are really ready to be served :0).

They are even placed as the advertisement on G's Mercedes vehicles:
Go Jams!!

Pacific Ocean Shore

realism in watercolor

This Sailboat At The Shore painting was a great addition to my Sea Ocean Lakes and Plein-Air galleries.

I found this peaceful scene on one of my field trips to the Pacific Ocean, right next to the Hearst Caste (San Simeon) peer.

The weather couldn't be better. The sun was gently warming up the beach. The boat did not move as if it was sitting there in the waters just for me. The passing by tourists were asking me jokingly: "Have you hired this boat?". Some complimented my painting: "Oh, it is exactly how I see it!", and "Cool! Looks just like a picture!"

I smiled.

I love painting plein-air (open air , outside) style. Lots of interactions and fast pace in painting, which call for fresh brush strokes, quick decisions on composition; and, of course, a feedback from the observers :0)
